Well there's a book called "Select Epigrams from the Greek Anthology", which you can buy.

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1404329412/103-4292602-1209400

Couldn't find anything on Aphrodite's Garland or Necklace.

The whole anthology is also known as the "Garland of Meleager"

However, Aphrodite being the goddess of love, I could find something called Love's Garland. There are several other prayers or hymns to Aphrodite. All the epigrams in the book are available at:

Scroll down, the whole text of the book is on one big page. There are also links to the introduction of the book, and poets' bios.

XVII
LOVE'S GARLAND
MELEAGER

I will twine the white violet and I will twine the delicate narcissus with myrtle buds, and I will twine laughing lilies, and I will twine the sweet crocus, and I will twine therewithal the crimson hyacinth, and I will twine lovers' roses, that on balsam-curled Heliodora's temples my garland may shed its petals over the lovelocks of her hair.

Hope this helps.
