Wow, did anyone else notice that the paperback has mysteriously gone absent? This query concerns Geoffrey Horrocks' _Greek: A History of the Language and its Speakers_, second edition. I had pre-ordered the paperback for less than 30 USD, but now the paperback is no longer available, and only the hardcover is available at ~171USD.
Paperback (no longer available):http://www.amazon.com/Greek-Geoffrey-Ho ... 837&sr=8-6
Hardcover:http://www.amazon.com/Greek-History-Lan ... 837&sr=8-1
Is this normal practice? Is anyone else seeing red as much as I am?

Well, another mystery: the paperback is 360 pages and the hardcover is 528.
