κλίνη - Reclining on the left or right side?

There is some talk these days about the health benefits, (inc. to digestion) of sleeping on the left side rather than the right. Are there Ancient Greek or Roman sources or other evidence suggesting that people reclined on either side, when they reclined on a κλίνη to eat, etc.?
"I've a balm for bruised hearts, brother, sleep for aching eyes,"
Says the warm wind, the west wind, full of birds' cries.
