Could anyone check this short translation, please?

Could anyone tell me if this translation is correct?

I've got this sentence: "Endings always bring new beginnings"

My translation is: "Eventus nova initia semper ferunt"

Thank you very much.

I'd use "fines" instead of "eventus." Also, you have some options with "beginnings." You could also do "principia" or possibly "coepetûs," though I'm not sure these are necessarily preferable.

Also, a recondite matter, there is something called the "gnomic perfect" which is when you use the perfect tense for "general truths, repeated actions, and customs." In that case you would have "tulerunt" instead of "ferunt." However, Allen and Greenough says this is "sometimes used," so it is by no means a requirement.
