Hello to everybody,
I just got interested in reading and translating the poem of Lucretius "De rerum natura".
As everyone knows, a good commentary that enables you to leave all the small problems by side is needed.
Unfortunately, I haven't found a text with a good commentary about it.
Does anybody has a clue about a website or a book that provides a little help - not just by chapters, but by verse - for translating "De rerum natura" ? Either in German or English language.
Thank you very much
Asterix

Here's something by verse line in English but without commentary and the Loeb edition (by lines and with notes in English).

I'm writing in Latin hoping for correction, and not because I'm confident in how I express myself. Latinè scribo ut ab omnibus corrigar, non quod confidenter me exprimam.

I used this:
W. E. Leonard and Smith Lucretius (University of Wisconsin Press 1942)
It's a one-volume edition of the text with on-page commentaries.
