Livy's Troia

Can anyone explain what Troia is and what declension is it? ? because it's not present in my latin dictionary; Troy is Ilion in my lexicon.

I encountered it in TITI LIVI AB VRBE CONDITE LIBER UNUS. Are these two nouns synonymous?

Troia and Ilion (Ilium) are largely interchangeable.

Troia is a regular a-stem, except of course that it doesn't have a plural.
