What language is it in the lyrics of "serenata immortale"

In the song of serenata immortale, the lyrics is like this:

La flama fortuna
La terra murmure
Un coro
Serenata
Cantara mysterie
-
Dono dono dono gracia
Dono dono adoro
Dono dono infinatia
Dono dono adoro
-
La flama riposa
La ombra dispare
La dolce immortale
La voce murmure
-
Dono dono dono gracia
Dono dono adoro
Dono dono infinatia
Dono dono adoro

In the internet, some people say it is Latin. I don't quite think so. However, I don't know what the exact language it is. Italian? Spanish? Or some other kind of Roman Languages? The amount of vowls and consonants makes me feel it like Italian more than others but I am not sure... And even I suspect it is a kind of "Dog Latin". You guys are mostly from Europe and familiar with those languages. Anyone would like to correct me?
Civis Sinensis.
I am here not only to learn Latin, but also English.

I'm a native Italian speaker. There are some Italian words here and there, often with spelling mistakes. It seems to be meant to convey the feeling of Italian. Basically it's nonsense.

That would explain why it doesn't make a lot of sense. All we did was spot a few of the Italianate words, and so identified it. Here is what it's supposed to mean:
