Much probably something like "semper praesto", "semper praesto tibi sum", "praesto omnimodo".

hanc operam tibi dico - Ter. Ph. 1, 2, 12

omnia quae velis praesto adero - Cic. Fam. 4, 8

that actually sounds the most familiar.
