How would I say "Out of the depths of hell" ? ??

De Profundis Inferni ? ? ? ? ?

Is that right or no ? ?

Yes it is not really classical Latin, cause tehy didn't know a hell, but it's ok. Hell is Christian terminology of course.
More classical would be: de / e profundis inferorum / infernorum

I would say: "de profundis infernis"
= "out of the deep hells"

the latin "inferna- infernorum" (plural!) means "hell"
