In Need of a Brush-Up

Post by bingley »

I studied Greek and Latin at school, but that was (agh-hmm) years ago now, and I've found that I've forgotten a lot. Of the books available on this site, which would you most recommend for a brush-up, rather than starting from scratch?

Allen & Greenough's New Latin Grammar is a very nice source of basically every facet of Latin that you might need. It is not meant for learning students, but if you can handle the raw material it is hugely definitive and even interesting.
