I'm interested in the translation of "A secret can only be told once".
I orginally planned to translate it myself but i just don't have the time required to learn latin (No, i wasn't planning to learning it just to translate one phrase )
can i get this a please?

Well, there are many ways to express the thought, as usual. I'll arbitrarily suggest:
"A secret can only be told once"
rebus arcanis semel tantum est locutio
literally "for secrets there is only speech once". I see this as good Latin, albeit a bit poetic on my part.
For a more exact translation...
res arcana semel tantum dici potest
