Itaque cognosco nihil eorum quæ po\s/sum imaginationis ope comprehendere, ad hanc quam de me habeo notitiam pertinere, mentemque ab illis diligenti\s/\s/ıme e\s/se avocandam, ut suam ipsa [sic] naturam quàm distincti\s/\s/ıme percipiat

(Ignore the slashes.)

Is ipsa a typo?

It looks good to me. Try it this way:

Itaque cognosco

nihil eorum
quae possum imaginationis ope comprehendere
ad hanc quam de me habeo notitiam
pertinere

mentemque
ab illis diligentissıme esse avocandam,

ut suam IPSA (MENS) naturam
quam distinctissıme
percipiat.

Thanks, Laura. I guess it would have to be like this for percipiat to have a subject.
