What do the different icons beside a topic mean? Scrolling text means that it is being read at the moment?

It means the number of posts in that thread is above a certain amount.

I'm writing in Latin hoping for correction, and not because I'm confident in how I express myself. Latinè scribo ut ab omnibus corrigar, non quod confidenter me exprimam.
