Is Summa Theologica by St. Thomas Aquinas, or Augustine's De Civitate Dei online (in latin) ? ?

I'm coming to this kind of late since I just learned of this website. Anyway, a lot of St Thomas in Latin can be found here (including, I believe, the entire Summa)
