πάτ?η or πατ?ή ?

Forgive me for this possibly dumb question, which I may even have asked years ago in my first go at Homer. I've noticed that in the Textkit key for Pharr, any declension of πάτ?η always has the accent on the last syllable. Pharr has it on the first. What's up with this?
