Sudy Groups

I noticed that about this time last year there were some study groups. How did that work? Has there been thoughts or ponderences of doing it again?

I'm just starting wth Pharr's Homeric Greek and I would be interested.

Hi, you can check the :: Groups :: tab above, just under the "Textkit" title logo.
I know two Pharr study groups and two Odyssey reading groups are running. I'm currently working in Pharr-b group. And there's a movement to initiate a Latin study group in the Latin board. If there are enough participants, a new Pharr session(pharr-c), hopefully, could start.

Good luck!

I'd also be interested in another Pharr group--just for the record--although I realize that both Pharr groups are still far from finished. I've been toying with the idea of joining the Odyssey reading group, but I know that I would benefit from working through Pharr's lessons in a moderated group.

I'd be interested in joining one, but maybe if it had a week for each chapter schedule. Some of the Pharr lessons require a phenomenal amount of work, and others are super fast....

Quite well. Pharr-A and -B are both still moving along.

Has there been thoughts or ponderences of doing it again?

There is no way we can do another Pharr group until Pharr-A is done, in June. We'll look at a Pharr-C in June or July, though the guides (who answer questions and correct exercises) might want a brief break first.
