I decided to start with Homeric greek. however I wanted to know if the BAGD would suffice?

This sounds like an avant-garde mandolin tuning. I cannot for the life of me figure out the B and the D this morning.Paul wrote:BDAG

WRONG. (I loved doing that. Likely the only chance I'll get at correcting you. )
It stands for Bauer, Danker, Arndt and Gingrich.
It is THE lexicon for Biblical Greek.
Timotheus wrote BAGD. It is the second edition, BDAG is the third edition.
