Not all verbs have all the principal parts listed.
Why are some missing principal parts indicated with a dash while others are just skipped over. See page 99 and compare ἐπισσεύω and κοτέω.

The dash means no such form is attested.

If only a few forms are given, it usually means the remaining forms are completely regular (usually the case for contract verbs). However, I'd probably not use Pharr as the judge of that. I always check Cunliffe or L&S when I feel I absolutely have to know for sure.
