hello guys, Christopher here, am just wondering why all English word comes form greek origin?

Not all of them do. English is a mix of anglosaxon, old norse, old french, latin and indeed some greek loanwords. Most greek words have been taken into the English language from science. In medicin it's a praxis that anathomy is in latin and pathology (deseases) are named in greek.

Some English words look like Greek (e.g. "work" and ϝεργον, "three" and τρεις) because Greek and Common Germanic are both descended from Common Indo-European.

Not all English words come from Greek origin.
