each one is more difficult:
I worked on sentence order.
I just wanna be sure If I understood well...

257.

1. Ï„á¿· γέÏ￾οντι χάÏ￾ιν ἔχομεν.
At night they ceased from battle.
2. τῇ νυκτὶ τοῦ πόλεμου κατέλειψαν.
Cyrus had twenty chariots
3. ΚῦÏ￾ος ἄÏ￾ματα εἴκοσι εἴχε.
The bowmen shot birds and wild asses on the plain.
4. οἱ τοξόται á¼￾ν Ï„á¿· πεδίῳ ὄÏ￾νιθας καὶ ὄνους ἄγÏ￾ιους á¼￾τόξευαν.
The army was cut to pieces by the barbarians.
5. κατακέκοπται τῇ στÏ￾ατιᾷ οἱ βάÏ￾βαÏ￾οι.

Rather : τῆς νυκτὸς (see 256) á¼￾παÏ￾σαντο (< παÏ￾ομαι with the Gen., see 189 and 849) τῆς μάχης.
