[face=SPIonic]To\n[/face] Koala, [face=SPIonic]xai/rein[/face].

2. Plural in Greek
3. I think it is « all his friends are said to have died … » - [face=SPIonic]le/gomai[/face] means rather « to pick up » (objects, men,…) : here to express « to choose », the Greek would have used [face=SPIonic]ai(re/omai[/face] or [face=SPIonic]proaire/omai[/face]
5. [face=SPIonic]e)geno/mhn[/face] is used as the aorist of [face=SPIonic]ei)mi/[/face] « to be », so it can simply be « seems to have been… »

[face=SPIonic]b. pa=si fo/bon parasxei=n[/face] (you left the augment in)
e. it is at least [face=SPIonic]ei(/leto[/face] second aorist, or [face=SPIonic]proei/leto[/face]
