You misplaced the accent, so δημιουργὸς ποιητικός.
ποιητικός means "creative" in both the sense of "having the power to create" and of "inventive, imaginative, original", but I think it's more usual in the former meaning (plus the meaning of "poetic) and I don't believe it's the usual word for the latter. There's an English-Greek dictionary at
http://www.lib.uchicago.edu/efts/Woodhouse/ and it gives options like εὔπορος or εὑρετικός. But I find it hard sometimes to use these older resources because the meanings of English words can undergo subtle shifts of meanings in a hundred years.
