Translation from Iliad

Postby Essorant » Fri May 23, 2008 8:12 pm

I thought I would share a little translation from the first book of Iliad that I worked on. Please take a look if you wish:

It is not meant to be "perfect" or "professional", but I hoped nevertheless it may have some virtue.

Bert,

"Impressed" is pleasing to hear. Thanks for taking the time to take a look at it.

I'm afraid many potential classicists might stay unmotivated to start learning Greek, with such a fine translation in their hands. :P :P :P
