Help with form

Need help with the form of e^le/airen ἠλέαιÏ￾εν (acute over the epsilon) I want to say its imperfect but I'm not entirely sure.

Yep, 3sg impf. of á¼￾λεαίÏ￾ω, with nu-movable.
