If you wanted to say Χαλεπὸς ὴ ὸν, it is an adjective whose meaning is "painful", "hard".

Excuse me, but I already don´t know how to use the polytonic system of Greek keyboard (the acute accents are really low).

Well, I don´t find that word in my lexicon but the translation into Latin characters "halepos" (khalepós) is more similar to χαλεπὸς than to ηεαλεπος.

Hi there! Thanks for your help.

By the way, "halepos" (difficult) is mostly used to express a bad feeling about him/herself or a regret on something, i mean in cases when people feel bad about an action or wrong decision or something bad they have made to someone else, or may be used as a word to express the feeling of something hard to do ex. "difficult job"?

Thank you

Hi,
I use χαλεπὸς χαλεπὴ χαλεπὸν in order to express, ex. gr., the hardness of a work or a job. It is used to express your second assertion.
