I have never learnt accents before but want to accent a text I have composed to make it look pretty. Is it possible to (correctly) do so with only a list of accentuation rules (which I vaguely know) and a lexicon? Or should I just not try for fear of making mistakes?
It's certainly possible, and you will almost certainly make some mistakes. But that's how you'll learn. Post your accented text here and I -- and perhaps others -- will help you correct it.
