Salvete,
I am not learning Greek, but while surfing on the Internet I stumbled upon the First One-Thousand Years of Greek Project. According to its blurb its aim is "to collect at least one edition of every Greek work composed between Homer and 250CE with a focus on texts that do not already exist in the Perseus Digital Library." This project is connected with a larger project of the Open Greek and Latin Project.
Perhaps you have heard of these, but I thought it might be worthwhile to mention these, just in case.
Valete,
Carolus Raeticus
