Help with Imperfect

Post by Gizmo »

Hey guys, I need some help formulating the imperfect for a word like "esthio", or "to eat". Is it like this? (epsilon will be "e" and eta will be "E").

Esthiov
Esthies
Esthie(n)
Esthiomen
Esthiete
Esthion

Singular: Esthion,Esthies,Esthie(n);
Dual: Esthieton,EsthietEn;
Plural: Esthiomen,Esthiete,Esthion

I think imperfect is in most cases rather regular,even for those verbs whose other conjugation forms can be very capricious."esthiw",for example.
