Homer ΄Ιλιαδ Book 9 line 455
μη ποτε γουνανσιν οισιν εφεσσεσθαι φιλον υιον εξ εμεθεω γεγαωτα
Is οισιν a dative pronoun or third person singular future of φερω?

οἷσιν (note the rough breathing) is dative plural masculine of the possessive pronoun ἑός/ὅς. "he will bring" would be οἴσει.
