This review seems to like it:
http://bmcr.brynmawr.edu/1991/02.05.07.htmlI personally think its mental. The voicings are so painfully anglophonic, the attempt at a pitch accent histrionic rather than anything suggested by either the evidence of parallels and the feeling for metre is entirely absent, particularly where the caesura is concerned.
You're better off informing yourself of how metre and accent worked and then judging for yourself though.
Also, there is this:
http://www.oeaw.ac.at/kal/sh/index.htm markedly better with at least a bibliography to help and I think aoidoi.org has some cool stuff up too.
