On Thursday I wasted 4 hours of my life on a 'Klausur Griechisch 12', as did my classmates.
I so hate translating Lukian, so of course it was a Lukian text we had to translate
Anyway, this was not a test my teacher had set, but some external board and their commentary was very strange,
e.g. [face=spionic] au)/rion[/face]
[face=spionic]mh\ e)la/sh|j [/face]
= negated imperative of [face=spionic] e)lau/nw[/face]
so they were commenting on easy things like this but they didn’t help at all on the form
which subsequently everyone in my class could not find in the dictionary and everyone got wrong
. Later when we complained to our teacher he said it was from [face=spionic] kaqizomai[/face]
But how can that be?
I looked up [face=spionic]kaqizw [/face]
in my dictionary and couldn’t find the form [face=spionic]kaqedou~ntai [/face]
So does it come from [face=spionic]kaqizw [/face]
and if so ...uh... how?
