1114b Arist. NE

καὶ γὰρ τῶν ἕξεων συναίτιοί πως αὐτοί ἐσμεν, καὶ τῷ ποιοί τινες εἶναι τὸ τέλος τοιόνδε τιθέμεθα

In the second half of this sentence, τῷ ποιοί τινες εἶναι τὸ τέλος τοιόνδε τιθέμεθα, the subject is in the verb τιθέμεθα 1st.pl.mp.,and τῷ means those our characters, τοιόνδε is the object for τιθέμεθα, right? But how to analyse in grammar the rest ποιοί τινες εἶναι τὸ τέλος , it is a clause? there isnt apposition of τοιόνδε in acc.? Maybe I pose a stupid question......

ποιοί τινες is part of the subject of τιθέμεθα: "we, being in this [τῷ] of such a sort, put down/hold/consider/establish..."

εἶναι τὸ τέλος τοιόνδε: τοιόνδε is in apposition to τέλος. "...this is the goal", "...the goal is this kind". τίθημι can take a complementary infinitive, here it's quite similar to an indirect statement.
IPHIGENIE: Kann uns zum Vaterland die Fremde werden?
ARKAS: Und dir ist fremd das Vaterland geworden.
IPHIGENIE: Das ist's, warum mein blutend Herz nicht heilt.
(Goethe, Iphigenie auf Tauris)

τῷ ποιοί τινες εἶναι [ἡμεῖς] = by being [us] of somekind of quality (in character, he means). ποιοί is the predicate of ἡμεῖς. τῷ εἶναι = articular infinitive.
τοιόνδε is the predicate of τὸ τέλος, because here τιθέμεθα acts as a copulative, having an accusative, the object, and another accusative, as predicate to the first.
