Neuter perfect participles

Um... In page 122 (chapter 19) The book list a neuter form in all persons. When would you ever use a neuter in the first or second person? Maybe a castrated person would use this in the first person? :D

Ha, that is a good question. You will occasionally see people addressing inanimate objects or neuters, e.g. cor, cordis (N) heart. There are also affectionate nicknames for both males and females that end in -um.
