If finitimos is an adjective, then why is the following word "river" given as fluvio in the question. Is fluvio dative or ablative case in this instance.
Thankyou,

Thomas, hi.
Thymios
Fluvio is a dative here and that's because with finitimus you use the dative to indicate what it borders. It's analogous to how in English we say "close to the river" or "near to the river."Thomas3333333 wrote:If finitimos is an adjective, then why is the following word "river" given as fluvio in the question.
