I know that there are different kind of Latin at different era, then which kind should I learn at first? :shock:

I recommend starting with Classical Latin, simply because there are so many resources available for it. It shouldn't be hard to transition to Medieval/Ecclesiastical Latin after that if you choose.

is the resources available in here are all classical Latin?

Yes, all the Latin resources at Textkit are based on Classical Latin. In fact, unless otherwise specified, you can usually assume that when a book or person says "Latin" they mean "Classical Latin".
