Profile Language Pack

<br />There's a little section near the bottom of Profile editing called "Language Pack You Wish to Use". Does anyone know what it means? Is there any difference viewing this website when you choose Dutch, German or Finish? Why aren't other languages offered as options?<br /><br />

Just wondering...
