Sanskrit on TextKit?

Hello,
Is anyone here interested in learning Sanskrit? I myself would like to do so once I have reached competency in Latin and Greek.

Are there any plans to include Sanskrit books on Textkit?

The Little Sailing

There are also Modern greek translations.

The number is small but hey are in pretty unicode fonts and NO need to worry about tricky copyright problems and no need to worry about the fonts ;)

Teaching Latin to 5th and 6th graders.

Does anyone know a good Latin textbook for 5th and 6th graders? I tutor students who are homeschooled, but usually I work with older (high school age) children whose parents have already chosen a textbook or program. I myself am partial to "Latin for Reading," but I don't think that would work for younger children. Any advice on this would be appreciated.

New Forum Banner?

I guess the forum rules are now obsolete! (I keep getting the horse race banner)

Please use avatars that are appropriate for an educational website. Avoid images of sex, violence and hate or any other image that you wouldn't want a younger site visitor to see.

But wait a minute! Textkit's own header graphic depicts Theseus in the nude fighting Amazons. He's naked, he fights and clearly he hates women! So it looks like we ...
