Publishing drafts

Maybe I'm missing something but I saved a draft post and when I go to submit (publish) it I see no command to do that. Can anyone help?

I studied Latin in high school. Wasn't very good at it, not really good at languages generally. Despite that, I liked the language, and seeing as I have a lot of time on my hands I would like to take another whack at it. I'll probably never be fluent but nevertheless I think studying it might be fun.

I studied Ancient Greek in college many years ago. At that time it was unusual for people to study Greek without first having studied Latin. The intro to Latin was two years, to Greek, one year. I managed to muddle through. Nevertheless, I always assumed I would return to Greek later in life and kept all of my books.
